Busy in her first gig and wondering what happened to all the frivolity.

Oh yeah, and school's good, too. :oP
So Friday night I went to the show Dirty Rotten Scoundrels on Broadway! We waited in line on this little strip of oasis down the middle of the street in Times Square, an insane experience in and of itself. Then, once we got our half-off, "partial view" tickets, we ran around to kill the four hours before the show and saw a lot. Thw show was hilarious, but with very risque humor. Still, it was great and after we waited at the stage door to get autographs and meet the cast. So...I got autographs from John Lithgow, Joanna Gleason, and Gregory Jbara. Usually, I don't really like the idea of autographs and really just want to say hi and good show, but they grabbed my program and just started signing. The best part was that the crowd dissipated and eventually it was just Greg Jbara and four or five of us left. He stuck around for about forty-five minutes and just chatted with us, even learning all our names. He was unbelievably nice, and when people from the street interrupted him for an autograph he made a point to learn their names and take his picture with them. What a great guy. It also turns out that he went to Michigan years ago and lived in the dorm across the street from mine. So I made fun of him. It rocked. What is this, L.A.?
