I just wanted to drop a note and say that I arrived safely in Sweden. They put
me on standby at O'Hare and I almost thought I wouldn't make it, but at the
last minute they threw me in business class...so I slept in a reclining chair
like a bed, ordered my food off a menu, and got to drink free champagne alll
night long. Yesss.

A layover in the Frankfurt airport and quick flight to Stockholm later, and my
luggage was gone. It just vanished. But the airport personnel have been very
nice and I'm sure it will turn up soon. In the meantime, I am with my friend
Kajsa in Västerås where she has been studying, about an hour and a half west of
Stockholm. She's a grade school friend I haven't seen in a couple years, so we
have been blabbing at each other since I landed.

Having a great time so far, just relaxing and acclimating. The 19th we go to
London, run around and see a play, then on to Dublin the 22nd. Then I study.
And by study I mean drink Guinness like it's water. :oP Hope all is well
there. I'll post an address and number when I have
