Hi guys,

Long time no blog. Anyhow, Philadelphia was wonderful; what a neat city. A couple of Mike's friends are doing Teach For America out there, which gave us an even cooler perspective of life there. AND we stayed in an apartment across the street from the Rocky steps, on which we tended to run up and down pumping our arms and yelling late at night. It was snowy while we were there and in the day some guy would climb to the top then kayak down. Heehee. :o)

As for me, life is still kinda up in the air. I've been working at Sweetwaters, which is hard hard work, and am still waiting to hear back about another job. I interviewed for the faculty recruitment position, and it went really well, but I have yet to know whether or not I got the position. It sounds sweet, so I hope it works out.

NYU and I are currently having a bit of a tussle, but it should work out. They notified me VERY last minute about a required internship weekend coming up that will determine my eventual possible acceptance. Hmm...how big's your floor Vallie? Hehe, no worries. So pretty much I called them worried about the time frame, they were rude to me, and I don't want to deal with taking time off a job I may not even have yet. Whew. Ah well, it work work out.

That's about it I guess. Off to do a TON of errands before I become Sweetwaters slave again. (Fun workplace, but physically strenuous job...)
